Ariel Ganz, PhD, is a precision medicine and mental health researcher at Stanford University School of Medicine. As a postdoc in the Snyder Lab, Ariel's research focuses on applying multiomic approaches to understand the biological underpinnings of mental health and wellness. She is validating immersive wellness-based approaches for improving depression, anxiety and thriving, as well as exploring the molecular genetic and metabolic changes associated with improving mental health. Ariel has a PhD in Molecular Nutrition from Cornell University and has published research across the fields of nutrition, precision medicine and mental health.
