Bader Rock is a legal and economic policy adviser in the Middle East team at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. He focuses on implementation and enhancement of existing agreements and economic cooperation between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. He previously led the Office of the Quartet Representative’s work in this area.
Bader’s background includes working with the PLO Negotiations Support Unit as a legal adviser to the Negotiations Affairs Department, the President’s Office, the Ministry of National Economy and the Ministry of Finance. Bader also worked as an associate lawyer with Butler, Guth, Aloni & Co. law firm specialising in litigation and commercial law.
