Kevin Osborne holds an undergraduate degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Masters from the Graduate Institute Geneva in International Negotiation and Policymaking. He has lived and worked in Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Kenya, Kosovo, Philippines, Rwanda, Switzerland and the US. He is currently a Country Manager for the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF), supporting GCERF’s grant portfolio in Kenya, Kosovo and the Philippines. Prior to joining GCERF, Kevin was the Country Director of Search for Common Ground’s programme in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He specialises in humanitarian response, prevention of violent extremism, and security sector reform.
