Valérie Vencatachellum

Member of the Inclusive Growth Practice and Côte d’Ivoire Country Head, Tony Blair Institute for Global Change


Valérie Vencatachellum is a member of the Inclusive Growth Practice in the Governance team at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, with a specialisation in government capacity for agricultural transformation. Valérie is the Institute’s country head in Côte d’Ivoire, where she leads our project supporting the government to secure value addition in cashew and textiles.

Valérie previously spent two years working as the Institute’s agriculture adviser to the minister of agriculture in Liberia. Before joining the Institute, Valerie worked in both the private and the public sector, including as a senior policy officer at the African Union in Ethiopia and on regional integration in Burundi.
