Alice Phillips

Alice focuses on both foreign policy and emerging technologies. She supports our engagement in Brazil, including the development of Rio de Janeiro’s artificial-intelligence strategy.

Previously, she studied at King’s College London, where she was taught by Professor John Bew shortly before his appointment as Foreign Policy Advisor to the United Kingdom Prime Minister.
