Andreea Zugravu

Andreea leads TBI’s work in Europe, shaping a region-wide strategy and deepening engagement with political leaders. She brings extensive experience in government advisory and public-sector reform, supporting the Institute’s mission by helping leaders across the continent deliver on their priorities.

Prior to joining TBI, Andreea was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she led strategic initiatives for governments across the Middle East, focusing on economic diversification and public policy. She has previously held the role of partner at Kearney and, earlier in her career, contributed to post-conflict reconstruction efforts in Eastern Europe and Afghanistan.
