Andy Ratcliffe

Andy advises governments across the Asia-Pacific region on strategy, policy and delivery – helping leaders turn progressive ambition into practical results for citizens. He brings deep experience from both government and the social-impact sector. Before joining TBI, Andy was CEO of Impetus, a pioneering venture-philanthropy organisation that supports high-impact charities improving life chances for young people. Previously, he served as deputy CEO of the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative and as a senior policy advisor on education in the UK Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit.

Andy’s work focuses on helping governments deliver reform through innovation, data and technology, building effective, modern states capable of meeting the challenges of the 21st century.
