Dan Hall

Dan focuses on the ways in which technology and data can transform health-care delivery, with particular expertise in AI, innovation and prevention.

He has helped shape TBI’s work on a vision for a digital health record, a concept later reflected in the NHS’s 10 Year Health Plan for England. Dan is driven by the goal of democratising access to high-quality, tech-enabled public services, and brings understanding of health-care structures, finance and decision-making.

Prior to joining TBI, he worked in consultancy and at the Institute for Government.
