Daniel Busscher

An expert in leveraging digital and technology transformation to create positive change, Daniel led national initiatives such as Ghana’s Digital Economy Policy and Common National Digital Architecture to reimagine the country’s digital government. He’s also a pioneer of TBI’s Digital Academy in Ghana, helping civil servants build digital skills.

Prior to TBI, he oversaw the digital-transformation portfolio of a major bank merger and led delivery of the first straight-through processing (STP) system for a large bank, streamlining its transaction-processing abilities. Daniel believes his work will help improve the lives of citizens by creating a more inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of background or ability, can fully participate.
