David Stephenson

David works to enhance economic competitiveness and invigorate data-driven innovation to transform government policy for his clients.  

Previously, in Macedonia, he helped create the environment for a democratic government transition after years of backsliding. He also assisted the government of North Macedonia to end 30 years of conflict with Greece and enter NATO.  

Prior to joining TBI, David worked for the United States Department of State, where he was recognised for his work analysing current intelligence and advancing relations between the US and the EU.
