Dominic Molloy

Dominic is an environmental economist with more than a decade’s experience working on international climate finance, policy and programmes worldwide.

Prior to joining TBI, Dominic was the UK’s deputy head of delegation to the UNFCCC; this built on seven years working for the UK government on climate-finance programmes, policy and negotiations, including as part of the UK’s COP26 presidency team. Outside of government, he led the climate-finance practice at the Global Commission on Adaptation, developing programmes and partnerships in Africa and South Asia. He also spent five years in Colombia, working on a range of energy, climate and environment programmes.
