Eden Getachew

Eden supports senior political leaders in translating their vision into tangible results, ensuring the right systems and structures are in place for successful delivery. She is dedicated to creating a more inclusive and equitable world by helping governments serve their citizens more effectively.

Eden was integral to TBI’s engagement in Zanzibar, helping to define the country’s political vision and establish its Presidential Delivery Bureau. She also launched TBI’s Africa Delivery Exchange conferences, bringing together senior political leaders to share insights on effective delivery. As well as supporting several African presidents, Eden has led delivery-focused engagements with the African Development Bank and the University of Cape Town’s Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance.
