Gareth Walsh

Gareth leads TBI’s energy and climate advisory work across the world. He operates at the intersection between technology, finance and politics to support leaders in developing their energy systems, navigating the global energy transition, harnessing technology to adapt to climate change and engaging in climate diplomacy.

Gareth has spent more than a decade with the Institute, supporting government leaders in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean as they develop and deliver strategies and policies. Prior to joining TBI, Gareth worked in energy trading and regulation.
