Jörg Schubert

Jörg advises governments across the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia on modernisation strategies that deliver real results for citizens. With nearly 25 years of experience in public-sector transformation, he brings deep expertise in economic diversification, human-capital development, and policy design grounded in data and analytics.

Prior to joining TBI, Jörg was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, where he co-founded the firm’s Public Sector practice in the Middle East and led its global economic-development work. He has worked closely with governments worldwide to design and implement ambitious reform agendas, with a particular focus on strengthening delivery and achieving measurable outcomes.
