Keegan McBride

Keegan focuses on the intersection of emerging technology, geopolitics, defence and public policy, with particular expertise in artificial intelligence and digital governance. His work at TBI explores how governments can harness new technologies to enhance competitiveness, security and societal wellbeing.

Prior to joining the Institute, Keegan worked on digital transformation projects with the Estonian government and led a study on e-governance in the Faroe Islands. He previously directed the Social Science of the Internet MSc at the University of Oxford. He is passionate about the role of digital technology in advancing prosperity and public good.
