Liam Wilkinson

Liam focuses on bringing artificial intelligence into the heart of government, transforming how policymakers use legislation, evidence and information. As part of TBI’s AI & Innovation team, he works on CentreAI, a suite of secure, sovereign AI tools built for the centre of government.

His work includes CentreAI Codify, which helps governments digitise and understand their law, and CentreAI Policy, which strengthens evidence-informed policymaking.

Prior to joining TBI in 2026, Liam co-founded the UK government’s Incubator for Artificial Intelligence, leading early-stage project development, and worked on the No10 Innovation Fellowship.
