Luke O'Neill

Luke supports the Peace & Security practice at TBI, working across the advisory portfolio to help governments strengthen national resilience. He has contributed to the development of national risk assessments in Eastern Europe and South-East Asia, supporting leaders to better anticipate and respond to emerging threats.

Before joining TBI in 2023, Luke was a senior consultant at Ernst & Young, specialising in cybersecurity risk, and previously worked on public-sector projects at Grant Thornton. He has supported TBI Strategic Counsellor General Sir Nick Carter on overseas engagements and is motivated by a commitment to help governments protect their citizens more effectively.
