Ned Naylor

Dr Ned Naylor is a trained physician with a master’s in public health. His work focuses on health-system reform, digital innovation and the application of AI in health care.

At TBI he leads our health-advisory work, partnering with country teams to design and implement programmes with governments and partners. He has supported governments across five continents to deliver their health priorities.

Prior to joining TBI, Ned led strategy development for the delivery of tens of millions of vaccines as part of England’s Covid-19 vaccine programme. He has also held roles with organisations including McKinsey & Company and the NHS, and co-leads a course on reimagining health at the UCL Global Business School for Health.
