An expert in digital transformation, Pedro is committed to using technology to drive impactful change.

He is proud to have helped deliver broader and more affordable connectivity through improved policy and infrastructure, and the deployment of Starlink satellite internet in Malawi. He also worked with the government on energy reforms, food security and mining investments.

Prior to TBI, he worked for the Clinton Health Access Initiative, supporting the implementation of disease-surveillance systems with governments in South-East Asia.
