Prentice Everett

Prentice focuses on economic reform, labour-market policy and national security, with a particular emphasis on Ukraine’s economic recovery. He has helped design labour-market interventions that combine employer-led reskilling, digital job-matching and inclusive workplace policies, now being implemented with Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy. He also led a strategic review of Ukraine’s parental leave policies to improve labour-market access for families. He is driven by the goal of helping build a strong and resilient Ukraine.

Before joining TBI, Prentice managed a $100 million humanitarian fund supporting Syrians and worked on the United Kingdom’s national Covid-19 response.
