Sofia Aron

Sofia supports governments across Latin America to strengthen delivery, strategy and institutional capabilities, with a particular focus on translating government priorities into measurable results. At TBI, she works with senior government counterparts on delivery reform and digital transformation, helping governments build the structures and capabilities needed to deliver effectively.

Before joining TBI, Sofia served as director of the National Budget Programming and Monitoring Office at Peru’s Ministry of Economy and Finance and led the Digital Gap Reduction Strategy at the Ministry of Education. Previously, she worked in the Strategy Office at the Inter-American Development Bank, contributing to institutional strategy, corporate planning and results frameworks.
