Srinidhi Soundararajan

Srinidhi works across TBI teams in more than 40 countries, helping leaders use technology, life-sciences innovations and delivery structures to transform health systems; she also leads the development of our global health propositions. With more than a decade’s experience in health-care transformation and life sciences, her expertise lies at the intersection of technology, health policy and operational implementation.

Prior to joining TBI, Srinidhi was a consultant at EY, where she led health-care advisory engagements spanning business transformation, supply-chain resilience and technology transformation. She is also a visiting lecturer at the UCL Global Business School for Health and holds a master’s in information management.
