Steven Paling

Steven leads TBI’s Strategy Unit, linking strategy, goal setting and impact to ensure the Institute’s activities all coalesce around delivering support to client governments so they can achieve more real-world impact.

Prior to TBI, Steven worked for the United Kingdom’s National Health Service for nine years. While there he led teams through the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and managed national data and analytics for vaccine delivery.
