Tres-Ann Kremer

Tres-Ann leads our advisory work supporting governments in the Caribbean.

She brings more than two decades of experience in high-level multilateral and bilateral relations, having supported special envoys in Eswatini, Fiji, Lesotho and Zambia.

Tres-Ann previously served as Chef de Cabinet at the CARICOM Secretariat, Director of the University of the West Indies Institute of Criminal Justice and Security, and Head of the Commonwealth Secretary-General’s Good Offices for Peace.
