Vladyslav Sydorenkov

Vladyslav supports the Ukrainian government on legal and digital-governance reforms, with a focus on national labour legislation and inclusive employment access. He has contributed to reforming Ukraine’s labour code and helped develop new digital instruments for the country’s State Employment Service.

Previously, he provided legal assistance in a successful Supreme Court case and supported financial audits for 11 companies.

Vladyslav brings experience working with legal experts and enjoys collaborating with TBI colleagues, particularly on digital policy that strengthens state capability and expands opportunity for Ukrainian citizens.
