Tony Blair’s statement on the 20th anniversary of the 7/7 attacks

Today we mark the 20th anniversary of the tragic events in London. We hold in our thoughts and prayers the families who lost loved ones, we remember them and those who suffered terrible injuries and trauma. And we also remember the courage of Londoners who offered comfort and aid, as well as the professionalism and dedication of everyone in the emergency services, all of whom did their utmost in the face of devastating scenes and regardless of their own safety.
