Our impact

Working with the government of Rwanda, we supported the development and deployment of digital-health systems that reduced waiting times at the country’s largest referral hospital from nearly four hours to less than one. These reforms are improving service delivery and enabling more efficient, data-driven care across the health system.

We supported the Philippine government to design and deliver AI-enabled systems that expanded landslide hazard data coverage from 0.3 per cent to 19 per cent of national territory. This shift is helping to elevate disaster management from reactive response to faster, more proactive decision-making.

Working with the government of Ukraine, we developed economic modelling showing landmine contamination costs $11.2 billion annually, providing a data-driven case for prioritising demining. This analysis helped mobilise €700 million in international support tied to demining efforts.

We supported the redesign of Albania’s main investment agency, AIDA, helping to attract more than €200 million in foreign investment and support agreements expected to unlock up to €4 billion across the Western Balkans. As a result of this work, the number of trade missions and bilateral investment-framework agreements between Albania and its economic partners also tripled.

Working with Ethiopian Investment Holdings, we supported the development of strategy, systems and investor pipelines that helped secure $650 million in strategic investments. This work is strengthening the capability to attract and manage private capital for long-term economic development.
