Mohammad Zohair Javed

Zohair advises governments on strategy, implementation and geopolitics, helping them solve complex strategic and public policy challenges by developing long-term strategies and translating them into practical delivery.

His work at TBI spans investment, foreign aid, international development and public-sector reform, including supporting a Gulf government in developing its outbound investment strategy, identifying and prioritising opportunities across emerging markets while managing geopolitical and economic risks.

Before joining TBI, Zohair worked with the World Bank on economic development and tourism initiatives, and McKinsey & Company, where he supported the transformation of secondary health-care services in Pakistan, redesigning service delivery and strengthening hospital operations alongside government counterparts.
