Celeste Carano is a governance adviser supporting the Ministry of Education in Liberia. She has over seven years of experience in the education sector, including in Liberia working as the development and strategy manager of More Than Me, a girls' education NGO. She previously worked for Teach For All, supporting new network programmes launching worldwide. Celeste has also worked on an ongoing RCT measuring learning outcomes in low-cost private schools in Kenya, and on a study evaluating a principal leadership training programme in US schools. Celeste is a graduate of Georgetown University’s master in global human development and has a bachelor’s from George Washington University’s Elliot School of International Affairs.
