Louise Paulsen is a junior researcher in the Renewing the Centre team at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. She researches the democratic consequences of populism as well as progressive solutions to integration and the national identity debates. Her research background is in Scandinavian far-right parties, nationalism and populism. She has previously worked in various capacities in research, external affairs and organisational development for NGOs and research-based institutions in Denmark, the US and Belgium.

Louise grew up in Denmark and holds a BA (Hons) in political science from Brigham Young University.
