This is an extraordinary achievement and an absolutely justified recognition of Prime Minister Ahmed’s leadership. Wonderful news for Ethiopia for Africa and for Prime Minister Ahmed. The modern journey of Ethiopia is a source of inspiration and pride and Prime Minister Ahmed's determination to set aside the enmities of the past and embrace the possibilities of peace shows that even amidst the turmoil of present day politics there are leaders who can rise above division and discord and forge a path to harmony and peace.
