Luca Menghini

Luca uses his expertise in European Union policies, international relations and strategic project management to support Moldova’s journey towards EU accession. His overall aim is to strengthen Moldova’s international standing and promote regional stability.

Previously, Luca worked at the International Fund for Agricultural Development, where he managed a portfolio of international-development projects, and at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He joined TBI in July 2024.
